CTRAC Youth Ministry Black Tie Affair
GREETINGS TO ALL,
At Christ the Rock Apostolic Church, it is “all about Jesus!” We strive to keep this mission at the forefront of our minds in everything we do. With that said, in light of the dramatic changes that are going on due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we have been met with some challenges for our youth One Night with the King Black Tie Affair scheduled Saturday, March 21. As you may already be aware, the food supply at local stores is currently limited; and guidance/recommendations from our local, state and federal leaders has been to limit gatherings that are not necessary for the sake of caring for our most vulnerable populations and ensuring our medical facilities are not overwhelmed. In the spirit of unity, and in keeping with our mission to ensure God is magnified, we are postponing our Black Tie Affair until a more appropriate time. We do not want this event to be a distraction or minimize the concerns that many people are facing at this difficult time. We are hoping to secure another date in the Fall and welcome any suggestions as we move forward. It is our hope to be in contact with you concerning our plans within 2-4 weeks.
With the understanding that this is completely out of our control, we are requesting to apply your donation towards your attendance at our future event. However, if this poses a financial hardship, please let us know and we will issue you a refund.
We are in no wise discouraged or disheartened. God is yet doing great things and this opens up an awesome opportunity to minister to those who are hurting, living in fear or who have found themselves lacking. We trust God in everything and cannot wait to celebrate with you soon. It’s always a joy to spend One Night with the King!
